Meanwhile, there is a discussion that Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have become the owners of a new property. It is discussed that both are going to build a magnificent farmhouse in Alibaug. For which both have bought 8 acres of land.
According to the report of ETimes, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are going to build a farmhouse on this land. At the same time, the price of this farmhouse is being told around 19 crores. Virat and Anushka went to see this land 6 months ago. But, due to paucity of time, the deal for this land could be done on August 30. According to reports, the stamp duty of the land has been paid.
Because, Virat Kohli is currently in Dubai due to the Asia Cup, in his absence, his younger brother Vikas Kohli took over the responsibility of the ground. He has got the land registered by paying a stamp duty of Rs 1 crore 15 lakh. This deal has been done through a well-known real estate company named Sameera Habitats.
On Tuesday, Virat’s brother Vikas Kohli completed the transaction related to the land, a day before Ganpati. Purchased by Virat and Anushka, the total cost of this land is being told as 19 crore 24 lakh 50 thousand rupees. For which Anushka-Virat has also deposited a stamp duty of Rs 3 lakh 35 thousand. Earlier, cricket industry stalwarts Ravi Shastri and Rohit Sharma have also bought farmhouses in the same area. According to reports, Hardik Pandya and Yuzvendra Chahal are also keen to build a house in this area.
